Breakfast Lotus Bun Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 slice of Bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Cucumber
  • Green onion
  • 1 Original Lotus Bun

 

Bun Preparations:

Steam:

  • Use an electrical steam or traditional steamer.
  • Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes.

OR

Microwave:

  • Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel.
  • Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds.

 

Preparation Instructions:
  1. Place the bacon in a baking sheet and bake until desired crispiness
  2. Fry eggs and desired
  3. Slice cucumbers
  4. Add the fried egg into the steamed bun
  5. Place the bacon on top
  6. Place some cucumber slices, lay on the sauce and green onions.
  7. Enjoy!
