Ingredients:
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil

Steam:
- Use an electrical steam or traditional steamer.
- Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes.
OR
Microwave:
- Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel.
- Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until well incorporated and free of lumps.
- Add vanilla extract and salt; stir until well combined.
- With the electric mixer on low, gradually add powdered sugar until well combined.
- In a separate container or tray, mix cinnamon powder and sugar together.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Fry the bun on each side until golden brown, for about 30 seconds.
- Toss the fried buns into the cinnamon sugar mix and coat thoroughly.
- Cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Open up the bun and spread cream cheese frosting inside.
- Serve and enjoy!
