Italian Tuna Salad with Corn Buns

INGREDIENTS

· 4 Arroyo Kitchen Lotus Buns

· 2 Cans (5 oz) Tuna 

· 1 Can (29 oz) corn kernels, rinsed and drained

· 1 Bunch green onions, sliced

· 1 cup diced onions

· 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise 

Garnish 

Salt and pepper to taste

Cucumbers

Cilantro

Optional: lemon juice or olive oil 

DIRECTIONS

Heat the Little Jasmine Lotus Buns in the microwave for about 45 seconds. 

Place tuna in a medium bowl, and break up with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Fill the buns with the salad and enjoy!
