Japanese Cha Shu Lotus Bun Recipe
- Original (Plain) Lotus Bun
- Baby Cabbage
- Japanese Cha Shu Pork
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Toasted Sesame
- Use an electrical steam or traditional Steamer.
- Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel.
- Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Prepare the Plain Lotus bun
- Add in a bed of baby cabbage
- Lay on the cha shu
- Drizzle some kewpie mayonnaise and top with sesame seeds
