Korokke (Japanese Croquette) Turmeric Lotus Bun Recipe
- Turmeric Lotus Bun
- Tonkatsu Sauce
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Use an electrical steam or traditional steamer.
- Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel.
- Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Fry frozen Korokke according to the package instructions.
- Prepare the plain bun.
- Fill the bun with the Korokke and some spinach
- Drizzle on some Tonkatsu sauce and kewpie mayonnaise, and enjoy!
